How much does a room cost?

Prices vary according to room category:

Single room: from CHF 150 per night
Standard double room: from CHF 185 per night
Double room superior: from CHF 195 per night
Deluxe double room: from CHF 205 per night

Which rooms have a balcony with a view of the Matterhorn?

We have a total of 12 rooms from which you can see the Matterhorn. Most superior rooms have a balcony, but not all. Please enquire with us before booking whether a room with a balcony and/or view of the Matterhorn is available.

Which rooms are especially suitable for families?

We have 4 superior rooms where an extra bed for children can be added. Please enquire with us before booking whether such a room is available during your stay.

When can I check in to my room?

You can move into your room from 3 pm at the earliest and by 9 pm at the latest.

When do I have to check out of my room?

You must vacate your room by 12 noon on the day of departure at the latest. If you wish to depart later, you can leave your luggage in our luggage room.

Where can I park my car?

Zermatt is a car-free resort. You can park your car in Täsch (car park) and then continue to Zermatt by train or taxi. We recommend that you reserve a parking space in advance for the duration of your stay.

How far is the hotel from the railway station?

The hotel is located in the centre of Zermatt and is about a 5-minute walk from the train station.

What leisure activities does the hotel offer?

The hotel itself does not offer any leisure activities. However, you will find many leisure activities in the immediate vicinity (some fees may apply):
